Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mobile applications ("Apps") developed by Naveen CS ("I", "me", or "my") and available through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using my Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on your personal devices, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.

You may

  • Use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Use the Apps in accordance with their intended functionality
  • Make a backup copy for your personal use

You may not

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Apps
  • Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Apps to third parties

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access
  • All activities that occur through your use of the Apps
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate information when required

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions:

  • All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
  • Subscription billing is handled by Apple according to their terms
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • Subscription features may change or be discontinued with notice

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to me. The collection and use of your information is governed by my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by me and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Apps contain proprietary content and information.

7. App Store Terms

Your use of the Apps is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms shall prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.

8. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps immediately ceases.

12. Updates and Changes

I may update the Apps to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance, and may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms here. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
